MATS Webinar and COVID Resource Page
Please take a few minutes to review the MATS COVID Resource page COVID-19 page. It contains many great resources to assist ATs and others during their Return to Activity planning. Also included is the recording of our recent Webinar that reviewed and discussed some of this material. Feel free to share this info with colleagues and other stakeholders in your community to help with your discussions. Don't forget to check back often as resources will be updated as needed.
MATS Members - Please Read
There is an opportunity for Athletic Trainers to be certified as Contact Tracers in light of the COVID-19 response. This online course is free of charge, and I'm told that it takes approximately 5 hours to complete. There may be a nominal fee for the actual certification, but recently this has been covered as well.
As businesses begin to open up, there will be a demand for Contact Tracers. In addition to the possibility of supplemental income, this is another opportunity to broaden our skill set as medical professionals, and increase our visibility to the public.

Our team at MATS genuinely hopes that you are all doing well, and looks forward to the return of some type of normalcy.
Sincerely,
Mark Stonerock AT, ATC
