AWARD CRITERIA
-
Activities, contributions, and/or service which contribute to the enhancement of the profession of athletic training in the state of Michigan
-
Activities, research, contributions, and/or service which contributes to MATS, GLATA and NATA
-
Related professional work (athletic training education, seminars/workshops, professional development activities, etc.)
-
Volunteer work in the profession (Special Olympics, Olympics/National Teams, race medical staff, etc.)
-
Contributes these activities as a certified athletic trainer over a minimum of fifteen years. Ten of these years must be active in the state of Michigan

Current MATS member if practicing in the state of Michigan
-
Possesses a NPI number if currently practicing as an athletic trainer
